The American Collector Magazine Archives Online Now

One of my favorite reference sites, Collectors Weekly, has a great new feature:

New Archives Project: The American Collector

American Collector Magazine - Teapot American Collector was a beautiful and high quality magazine published from 1933 to 1948 for people interested in antiques and collecting.

Because of the great research and in-depth knowledge the articles contain, we've decided to put as much of the magazine's archives online as possible as a reference for today's collectors.

View the index page to see all the American Collector articles we've put online so far. As you can see, they cover a wide range of topics, such as silver, china, paperweights, folk art, furniture, and clocks.

While the writing style harks back to the 1930s and 40s, the research and knowledge is every bit as relevant today!
